Where do you ship?

We ship exclusively to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs CHF 7.50 per order.

How long does delivery take?

Once your order is received, we order your products directly from Japan. Delivery usually takes 5 to 10 days. As soon as the goods arrive, we ship them immediately.

Are the products authentic?

Yes. We sell exclusively genuine, sealed products from Bandai. We inspect every delivery before the products are added to the shop.

Can I play with Japanese cards?

The cards are fully playable, but the card text is in Japanese. At official tournaments in Europe, only English cards are generally permitted. Japanese cards are suitable without restriction for casual games and collecting.

What do OP, EB and PRB mean?

OP stands for the regular main sets with new Leaders and a new card pool. EB stands for Extra Booster, smaller intermediate sets with their own theme. PRB stands for Premium Booster, which combine popular cards from previous sets with new illustrations.

Are there purchase restrictions?

For sought-after products, there is a limit per household. The applicable quantity is stated on the product page. We cancel orders that circumvent the limit.

Can I cancel an order?

No. Since we order your products directly from Japan for you once your order is received, cancellation is not possible. Please check your order carefully before completing it.

Do you accept reservations?

No. All products are available to everyone simultaneously through the shop.
